Internationally acclaimed performance expert and bestselling author, Holly Ransom teaches organizations how to perform under pressure.
Using principles developed over more than 950 high-stakes engagements, from C-suite strategy retreats to global summits attended by tens of thousands, Holly embodies and explains the basic systems of performance – working with leaders and changemakers in government, elite sport and Fortune 100 companies to move people from overload to clarity to action. She has interviewed icons like Barack Obama, Venus Williams and Malala Yousafza and she is trusted by brands like Coca-Cola, Google, and Mastercard.
As an inspirational and dynamic keynote speaker and emcee, Holly has captivated attention and created connection in audiences across 25+ countries. She is a Fulbright Scholar, a Harvard Kennedy School graduate, and a director of Port Adelaide Football Club. Holly’s first engagements with clients consistently lead to lasting, long-term partnerships.
Holly’s drive to understand performance keeps her in constant pursuit of new challenges. She’s skydived in Dubai, bungee jumped in Brazil, gone canyoning in Tasmania, and taken a polar plunge in Antarctic waters. A two-time Ironman, she also completed a self-designed “Year of Fear”, and every year, she finds a new way to test and expand what she knows about the elements of high performance.
