What if the key to thriving in the age of AI is a willingness to understand, embrace, and harness its potential?
There’s a lot of buzz around Artificial Intelligence at the moment, and as with any rapid change, the fear of the unknown, coupled with concerns about the impact on job security, can contribute to a sense of unease.
At the start of this year, I had the privilege of engaging in a thought-provoking conversation with AI thought leader Mo Gawdat – former Chief Business Officer of Google X, founder of 1 Billion Happy and acclaimed author of ‘Solve For Happy’ and ‘Scary Smart’.
In our conversation, Mo emphasised that we’re entering an age of complementary intelligence, meaning it’s not AI that will be taking jobs; but those adept at using it might.
Mo’s insights invite us to reimagine the relationship between humans and AI, viewing it as a collaboration rather than a competition.
